Water treatment and high-pressure system
The MLP RO combines the reverse osmosis required for high-pressure air humidification and the high-pressure pump in a single installation. Depending on the required humidification capacity, the modules are assembled in various sizes and tailored to customer specifications.

For high performance

MLP RO modules are assembled in various sizes starting at 500 litres of capacity and are suitable for applications with large humidification volumes – customised up to 10,000 litres.

Crystal clear water

The reverse osmosis unit of the MLP RO removes minerals, bacteria and germs from the water, ensuring trouble-free and hygienic air humidification.

Safe with stainless steel

The oil-free high-pressure pump and all water-carrying parts are made of high-quality stainless steel. This guarantees durability, saves maintenance work and ensures high hygiene standards.

Tailor-made service

Individual maintenance contracts guarantee trouble-free and hygienic system operation. In addition, germ and bacteria tests on the system during each service ensure safety.

Certified safety

With the DGUV Test mark ‘Optimised Air Humidification’, the MLP RO demonstrates its compliance with high hygiene standards, economic efficiency and operational safety.

High-pressure humidifiers

High-pressure humidifiers atomise water into microfine aerosols with very low energy consumption. The humidifiers can provide individual humidity control for different zones.

Solenoid valve

Controls the water flow to the direct room humidifiers, regulated by local sensors in the zones and rooms to be humidified.

Sensors

Local sensors that measure and regulate stable relative humidity in individual zones (e.g. rooms and work areas).

Water treatment

Water inlet with pre-treatment (filter stages and softening) to protect against limescale deposits, organic contaminants, dirt and sand particles.

MLP RO

Reverse osmosis and high-pressure pump are combined in a single space-saving installation. The modules are assembled in various sizes depending on the humidification capacity.
